Boys and their toys

Brandon got his new tractor today.
Boys don't outgrow toys the toys just get bigger!

Brandon has his harvesting equipment set up and ready for the baby. This is our dresser but it does not fit in our room so right now it is in the second bedroom which is the guest room and soon to be nursery. I told Brandon that I wanted to use the space on top of the dresser for storage and to place more important things than his tractors. I was told that these are important for the baby and I am not allowed to move them.

Christmas

This year for Christmas we went to South Dakota to my parents house. We were planning on flying but the flight was cancelled because of weather. So we ended up driving. It's a long drive but I am glad we were able to make it. Everyone was planning on coming but unfortunately my sister Megan and her family didnt make it.
We took a family photo when we were all together but it isnt complete since Megan and her family didnt make it.
We had a lot of fun while we were there. Thanks mom and dad for everything!!

Ultrasound

I had my ultrasound yesterday. The ultrasound tech didnt say much so I have to wait til my next doctor's appt to find out anything. It looked like the baby was in a good position to see if its a boy or girl but I couldnt tell.

WE ARE EXPECTING!!!!!
Baby Gibblet is due to arrive May 4.
We are both very excited. Brandon is convinced we are having a boy.
I am having an ultrasound on Dec. 10 so we will just have to wait and see.

Its been a while......

So I have been in the land of the maple leaves for 4 months now. I cannot work because I have no status in Canada and I need a work visa which I cannot get unless I have a job first. So people always ask what do I do all day? Answer- nothing.
Last year at this time I was working over time and going to school almost full time and all I wanted was to have nothing to do. Well I got my wish.
I have taken a few small trips.
Brandon and I went to Glacier National Park in August.
In September I went to Ohio to visit my sister Molly.
Then I went with Brandon on a business trip to Saskatchewan. In October I went to Kalispell for a girls weekend with my in-laws which was lots of fun. My cousin Heather had a baby girl so I went to Utah to visit her a couple weeks ago.
